We work with the most vulnerable women and girls to champions of gender equality by supporting women to step out of the bondage of domestic chores and develop leadership in women to increase their earning by introducing various tools and engaging in various activities, create micro enterprises for women to gain economic independence so that they can contribute reversing unemployment and poverty in the community.

Grace Rephung L

It is founded by Grace Rephung L, to liberate women and youth from deeply root patriarchal system. The purpose is to empower women and youths to be productive change making citizens. She started an entrepreneurial journey by making short film of enduring domestic violence by women as a dual platform to discuss social issue and income generation activities for local women and youths.

She leveraged her life experience as a survivor of sexual abused and domestic violence to create entrepreneur pathways for women and youth the method she use to overcome challenges including mental health are the templates for empowering women and youth in her community.

Since its inception of EYAR has directly impacted over 3000 families in the community.

She an incubatee of Her & Now, India, implemented by GIZ, The project Economic Empowerment of Women Entrepreneurs and Start-ups by women on behalf of the German Federal Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) in partnership with Government of India’s Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship and incubatee of STEP-Shakti the empathy project, the first incubation programme in India for women let Social Impact Organizations.
